Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to carefully consider their selection prior to completing a purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described (Australian Consumer Law)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item:

  • has a major fault,
  • is not as described, or
  • is missing components,

you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Transit Damage
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with a prompt resolution, clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging will be required.

How to Lodge a Claim
