Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size of the item, and the selected shipping service.

Authority to Leave
Where applicable, deliveries may be left in a safe location if no one is available to receive the order. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please notify us before dispatch.
Once a delivery has been completed in accordance with your delivery instructions or the carrier's terms, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
