Amazing service, great product!!

Can’t thank Eric and the team at Pro furniture enough. We ordered on a weekend owns he responded to let us know the order was received, it was not an auto response.
He let me know the chair would be with us approx 4 days time. He followed up on the day it was supposed to arrive and unfortunately the couriers were lazy and failed to ring our gate and drove away twice.
He followed up with the couriers daily, and myself. Was extremely helpful, the chair arrived after 7 days which is not bad anyways. The price was also very competitive and reasonable and the chair itself is great. Already loving it.

Aeron is available in three sizes: Size A for smaller users, Size B for most users, and Size C for taller or broader users. Contact Pro Furniture for a demo trial if you need help selecting the best fit. Also the size chart above is a very helpful reference for you.

What adjustments does the Aeron offer? +

At Pro Furniture, we only sell Aeron Fully Loaded version, and it includes adjustable armrests, PostureFit SL lumbar support, three recline settings up to 125°, a 5° forward tilt, and adjustable tilt tension.

What warranty does Pro Furniture provide on Aeron chairs? +

Every Herman Miller Aeron chair comes with a 1-year standard warranty, with the option to upgrade to extended coverage of up to 12 years. Our extended warranty is structured to align with Herman Miller’s international warranty periods, covering fabric for up to 5 years and mechanical parts and components for up to 12 years. All warranty services are provided directly by Pro Furniture.

What is the difference between the Aeron Remastered and Aeron Classic? +

At Pro Furniture, we only keep Aeron Remastered in stocks. The Aeron Remastered is the updated generation of the original Aeron Classic. It features improved 8Z Pellicle mesh for more precise pressure distribution, enhanced PostureFit SL support for the lumbar and sacral regions, a smoother Harmonic 2 Tilt mechanism, and more refined adjustment controls. The Classic remains highly ergonomic, while the Remastered offers a more responsive, supportive and modern sitting experience.

Are Aeron chairs brand new? +

Yes. All chairs sold by Pro Furniture are brand new and unused, also in orignal box/package. You are welcome to conatct us for demo trial / inspection at our showroom in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia / Auckland, New Zeland.
